The rental bikes are high performance KTM and Husqvarna dual sports. Small, light and street legal. They are built for the terrain out here, and they reward riders who already know what they are doing.

The desert is big, rough and a long way from a parts counter. So the dirt bike rental here is part of a supported day, not a bike handed over in a parking lot.

What to
bring.
We supply the helmet. Some additional riding gear is available if you ask ahead. Bring the boots, gloves and eye protection you trust, and dress for a long desert day.

gets you.

Bringing your own mechanically sound, street-legal small dual sport? That is $299 per rider, with everything else the same.
We start just outside Pahrump, Nevada, about 59 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Meet at 7 AM, kickstands up at 8 AM. Groups of 3 to 6. Booking is not open yet, so get on the list and hear first.
Bring the skills.
You need a motorcycle license and intermediate to advanced desert-riding experience: rocks, sand, loose gravel, big hills up and down, and side hills. Small dual sport bikes only. No adventure (ADV) bikes. Read the full rider and bike requirements before you make plans.
